Thank you for your interest in camping at the Smoke ‘N’ Spurs Festival campsites.  We are very pleased to welcome you and wish you an enjoyable stay and we hope you enjoy your weekend.

 

 In order to make your stay more pleasant, we would like to introduce some useful information to you. 

  1. All campers must register prior to setting up.
  2. No campfires or open fires of any kind, is permitted at campsite.
  3. No alcohol is permitted off campsites.  All bags are subject to search.
  4. No use of generators from 11:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
  5. Pets are permitted. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
  6. Personal vehicle traffic restrictions. Camping permits must be displayed on dashboard at all times.
  7. Every person using campsite shall maintain it in a neat & orderly fashion. Please pick up all garbage.  Leave site as you found it.
  8. Responsibility: the owner assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage.  The occupant agrees that the use of the campsite is solely at their own risk, their family & their guests.

Notice of photography and video:
Please be aware that the Smoke 'N' Spurs Festival is capturing photos/video at our festival.  By entering the festival premises, you consent to such recording of media and its releases, publications, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web, and promotional purposes.  Photos and videos will only be used for promotion of the event by the event itself and through Tourism Partners.

 

TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AS PARTICIPANTS INVESTING IN COMMUNITY, TOGETHER WE SHARE THE RISK OF LOSSES.

Any and all payments made to Smoke 'N' Spurs Festival are not refundable for any reason, including, without limitation, failure to use Credentials due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases.

Upon Event cancellation by Event Organizer, Event Organizer may, in its sole and absolute discretion, elect to either issue a full or partial refund to Purchaser, not issue any refunds, or reschedule the Event.  In the event of cancellation, only the portion of the ticket not already spent on producing the event will be considered.

The Smoke 'N' Spurs Festival will take place rain or shine.  All sales are final.  There are no reissues for lost or stolen tickets.

Ticket price and availability may be subject to change without notice. Only customers wearing a valid wristband will be admitted to the Event.  All wristbands will be checked when entering and leaving the Venue and Campsites.  Your ticket / wristband may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, defaced or altered.

 Tickets may not be used as part of a promotion, competition, advertising, or be given away as part of a product or service package or for commercial gain without the permission of the Promoter. Any attempt to do so will result in the ticket being void and any person holding such a ticket will be refused entry to, or ejected from the Event without refund.

The Promoter is not liable for lost, stolen or defaced tickets or wristbands. If a customer loses their wristband, they will not be able to re-enter the Venue or Campsites. Replacement wristbands will only be issued at the maingate if the original wristband is still on the customer’s wrist at the time of request and may incur a charge.

Upon purchase please check tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Tickets are not issued on a sale or return basis and refunds will not be made on returned tickets unless provided for under these Terms and Conditions.

Ownership or possession of a ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on you to use, alter, copy or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
